Why it's on the list: Was on sale for $10.8m earlier this year (and the tail end of last year), then dropped to $8.99m, and is now selling for $7.98m. At $7.98m I think it is listed an excellent price for this 10,780sqft home with two pools and an amazing view. This home was built in 1993 and currently needs a 200k-400k reno to bring its shine back.
$3,998,000 for 4,049 Sq.Ft.
Location: Near Caulfield Village
Why it's on the list: Amazing view to price ratio. Nice design with a great use of space and beautiful office. And, on top of all this, it was just tastefully renovated. I challenge you to find another property that is this nice, and also under $4 million in West Vancouver.
