Elliot's Opinion of the Project
Excellent project for any investor or first-time home buyer.
Westbank is a highly reputable developer, so you will get what you pay for. Not exactly sure why they think "Manifesto" is a good name for a project, though I won't hold it against their marketing team.
The location is up-and-coming and is quickly increasing in population density. I expect property values will likely go up faster than non-Skytrain situated areas in the next 5-10 years. Overall, I feel that this is a good and safe investment.
