Why it's on the list: I have included two units this week from One Wall Centre at Nelson/Hornby. Both units have incredible views and One Wall is an A+ building with A+ suites. Both units have nice hardwood floors, great layouts, air conditioning, and excellent kitchens.

Why it's on the list: Corner, 2-level, penthouse unit which I believe is undervalued at $1,232/Sq.Ft. Also, no major rental restrictions, so it would make a good investment as well. You could probably rent this unit out for at least $3300-3500/month, which is a good ROI for downtown.

Why it's on the list: Patio, Patio, Patio! Considering the building and location the 1,418 $/Sq.Ft figure for the unit isn't bad for such a nice unit with so many custom built-in pieces. And the $/Sq.Ft. doesn't include the exterior patio space (which would be $692/Sq.Ft. if you accounted for the patio). Also, given the large price drop already, I bet we can get a little more off the price.
