Just one of those locals who knows pretty much every intersection in the city, what's currently on it, and remembers what was on it however many years ago.
I'm in real estate because I love helping people navigate the real estate world. When you hire me, you get an advisor who is on top of the market, is attentive, experienced, and will help you make informed decisions.
When people ask me what area I specialize in, I have a difficult time pinpointing just one area for obvious reasons. I work a broad area assisting each of my clients like they are close friends.
If you’re looking for an agent outside of these areas, I’m still quite happy to assist you. It’s simply that these areas form the base of where my knowledge is most extensive.
I was born and raised in West Vancouver and have split my time, both professional and personal, between Downtown and the North Shore throughout my adult life. I keep especially close tabs on the British Properties and Whytecliff areas. There is also an Engel & Völkers shop in Dundarave to facilitate meetings and my operations in the area.
Having lived downtown for 11 years in my 20s/30s, I am certainly no stranger to the inner workings of city life. My primary office is still located in Yaletown and I’m typically in the city several days a week.
In early 2024 I moved back to the North Shore, specifically Lower Lonsdale, due to the growing number of my clients moving to the area, coupled with my own desire to live in this wonderful section of the city. I was hesitant at the time of my move, though I cannot emphasize how thrilled I am with this decision since moving back over. Few sirens, tons of restaurants, wonderful views, what’s not to love?
Boating in Howe Sound is also a passion of mine, so naturally, I also keep a keen eye on listings in this area and love selling on the islands (particularly Gambier and Keats).
As a bit of an offshoot to selling boat access-only properties in Howe Sound, I also am extremely well versed in the dealings of private islands within BC and luxury waterfront retreats. Particularly, the many small islands within Vancouver Island’s Inside Passage and as far north as the Broughton Archipelago – areas that I spend a significant portion of my free time in and around.

I graduated from Simon Fraser University in Business Administration in 2011. My B.B.A speciality was Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. During my schooling, I learned skills in innovative marketing and selling in a professional and personable manner. I finished at the top of my Entrepreneurship classes. While in university, I also learned that I have a flexible nature, which helps me find creative ways of problem-solving, marketing, and selling.
My early sales experience comes from my three years selling for Mazda (at OpenRoad Mazda in Port Moody, then Morrey Mazda in North Vancouver). My automotive experience provided me with excellent negotiation abilities and people skills; and furthered my interest in helping friendly, everyday people, complete their largest transactions.
From 2011 to 2016, I also worked independently as a writing consultant. My company offered business plan writing and strategy to small businesses. I was able to learn a great deal about how to properly market and run a business from the clients I had, and the plans I wrote.
I was licensed as a Realtor® in 2016, the same time I joined Engel & Völkers Vancouver.
